1. General

By purchasing from dranzhin.com you agree to these terms. Dranzhin is an independent card game published and sold by Arnaud Coquillard, Queensland, Australia (41 963 896 429).

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

3. Shipping

Australia: Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International: Orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 10–21 business days. Customs delays may extend this and are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Email us through this form with your order number and a description of the damaged or defective item
  • We will assess and, if eligible, dispatch a replacement as soon as possible

We reserve the right to assess each case individually. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Privacy
